REGISTRATION FEES AND POLICIES
Conference registration covers the publication of proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, gala dinner, access to all co-located conferences and workshops, social activities, and attendance at all keynote sessions. Main conference and workshop papers require full registration; otherwise, the paper cannot be included in the proceedings.

Second paper: 50% Discounted Registration Fees (in US dollars excluding 3.5% Banking Process Fee)
Invitation Letter
Letters will only be given to individuals with an accepted paper and/or non-author attendees who have completed their registration. In order to obtain a letter of invitation for visa purposes, you must first register your paper (for authors) or register yourself as an attendee (for non-authors). You can then request an invitation letter directly from the PayQlick system where you completed your registration. If you have any questions, please contact the FLLM Team at: info@fllm-conference.org
Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by October 30th, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of 10% of the registration deducted from each refund.
